Port Authority board to investigate Hartung

Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner is calling for the suspension of Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority President and CEO James Hartung based on alleged improprieties that involved Hartung, the chairman of the port authority's board of directors said.
